Cancellation by the Client
Short-Term (Ad-Hoc) Services
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time to avoid penalties. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
Long-Term (Contractual) Services
- For long-term contracts, cancellations must be notified in writing at least 30 days in advance. Early termination of a contract may result in a termination fee as per the agreement terms.
Cancellation by the Company
Service Disruption
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, vehicle breakdowns), New Pandian Travels Private Limited reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services.
- Clients will be informed as early as possible, and alternative arrangements will be offered where feasible.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds will be processed, in the case of advance payment received for Service Request is made by the clients, under the following conditions:
- Cancellations made within the stipulated notice period
- Services not delivered due to issues attributable to New Pandian Travels Private Limited
Secure Communication Practices
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made outside the specified notice period or for services already rendered.
Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted via email or through the company’s customer service portal.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
